Sicilian Cooking Class
- Departure from PORTA MESSINA TAORMINA 10.00 AM
- Visit the local market of Taormina where to choose the best products of the day (fish, fruit and vegetables)
- Return to the "Cooking Class" restaurant and coffre break
- Delivery of embroidered aprons
- Preparation of home-made bread and pasta
- To cook bread tasting of different types of bread with cheese and salami
- Tasting of Sicilian wines
- Preparation of typical Sicilian dishes followed by a Sicilian chef
- Preparation of pizzas for all participants
- Lunch with about 12-15 courses cooked by course participants helped by our Chef
- Delivery of participation certificates
