- Demonstration and preparation by the participants of the classic pizza dough guided by a professional pizza chef
- Demonstration and preparation by the participants of the whole-wheat bread dough guided by a professional pizza chef
- Preparation of the dough for pizza
- Spreading the dough for pizza
- Choice of pizza seasoning
- Cooking in oven of pizzas
- At the end of the course all the participants will be able to taste their pizzas served at the table accompanied by a mix of bruschetta, with drinks and local wine included
- Delivery of participation certificates
